Our Health Commitment
We take the following steps to ensure your Saint Bernard puppy is in excellent health before going home:

✅ Up-to-Date Vaccinations & Deworming – All puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments.

We provide a comprehensive health guarantee to give you peace of mind when bringing home your new Saint Bernard puppy.
1. 72-Hour General Health Guarantee
- We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.
- You are required to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for a wellness check.
- If any significant health concerns are found within this timeframe, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement puppy or a refund (excluding transportation costs).
2. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
- We offer a one-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic conditions, including but not limited to severe hip dysplasia, congenital heart defects, and other hereditary diseases.
- If a licensed veterinarian confirms a genetic disorder that affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will provide a replacement puppy from an upcoming litter or discuss other options based on the situation.
Buyer’s Responsibilities
To maintain the health guarantee, buyers must:
✔ Provide proper nutrition, regular exercise, and routine veterinary care.
✔ Avoid over-exercising puppies during their growth stages to prevent joint issues.
✔ Keep up with vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and deworming treatments.
✔ Not breed the puppy until it reaches full maturity and has passed appropriate health screenings.Exclusions
Our health guarantee does not cover:
- Minor health issues such as colds, ear infections, or parasites (which are common and treatable).
- Conditions caused by neglect, injury, poor diet, or lack of proper care.
- Issues related to environmental factors, including heatstroke or obesity.
